Welding method for leakage points of recirculating chiller.
Firstly, use sandpaper to polish the joint section to be welded clean.
Secondly, during welding, it is necessary to preheat the welded part. Heat the welding area of the copper pipe with a flame, and when the copper pipe is heated to a purple red color, use a silver welding rod for welding. After removing the flame, lean the solder against the welding seam, allowing it to melt and flow into the welded copper part.
Finally, after welding is completed, allow the weldment to cool naturally. Do not use water or low-temperature substances to quickly cool the weldment to prevent cracking.
For recirculating coolers filled with refrigerant, welding cannot be carried out before the refrigerant is completely discharged, let alone when the refrigeration system is still leaking, to prevent refrigerant explosion!
