When we use the thermostatic water bath at -80℃, it is difficult to lower the temperature after the temperature is reduced to -60℃, which is likely caused by the following three conditions.
1. The condenser of the thermostatic water bath has not been cleaned for a long time, resulting in too much oil contamination in the condenser, which affects the heat dissipation efficiency. Nitrogen can be used to blow off the oil contamination.
2. The installation position of the thermostatic water bath is too close to the wall, resulting in insufficient ventilation space of the equipment, poor air fluidity and no temperature distribution, which leads to performance degradation.
3. After the medium of the thermostatic water bath has been used for a period of time, the condensed water in the air may enter the medium, causing the medium to become thick at low temperature, the cooling capacity cannot be transmitted, and the temperature is difficult to drop. In case of abnormal medium flow or icing during use, the medium shall be replaced in time.
