Low temperature water bath is suitable for low-temperature experiments in scientific research, biology, physics, medicine, chemical and other departments. It can replace dry ice and liquid nitrogen for low-temperature reactions and provide low-temperature conditions for related equipment. It can also serve as a low-temperature water tank for viscosity testing.
When the low-temperature water bath does not cool, it should be treated as follows:
1. Check if the condenser is contaminated by dust. If there is too much dirt, it will cause poor heat dissipation. Nitrogen can be used to blow away the dust and dirt.
2. Whether the installation location of the equipment is too close to the wall or there are obstacles around it, and maintaining good ventilation of the equipment is also a major factor in determining cooling efficiency.
3. Regularly check the condition of the heat transfer oil and replace it in a timely manner to avoid freezing.
4. Pay attention to the maintenance and upkeep of the equipment to avoid dust falling into the circulating heat transfer oil, blocking the filter screen of the circulating system, and reducing the cooling effect of the equipment.
