Why can't the vacuum pump reach the limit pressure?

When the vacuum pump is in use, the limit pressure can not reach? It may be directly related to the local atmospheric pressure.

Vacuum pressure gauge is an instrument and equipment used to measure atmospheric pressure difference based on atmospheric pressure.

The absolute pressure gauge is based on the absolute zero pressure, and the pressure measurement has nothing to do with the fluctuation of atmospheric pressure.

The circulating water multipurpose vacuum pump is equipped with a vacuum pressure gauge with a measuring range of -0.1 ~ 0MPa. The limit value of the gauge pressure will vary due to the influence of local atmospheric pressure.

When the local atmospheric pressure of the same vacuum pump is 99kPa, the measured value of the gauge can reach -0.098MPa (gauge pressure). When the local atmospheric pressure is 95kPa, the measured value of the gauge can only reach -0.094MPa (gauge pressure), but the absolute pressure measured at the two places is the same, which will not affect the normal distillation, separation and extraction.
