The vacuum state of the jacketed glass reactor is very important. Many reactions need to be carried out in the vacuum state. Poor vacuum state will affect the reaction effect. What are the reasons for the poor vacuum of the jacketed glass reactor used indoors?
1. The vacuum suddenly disappeared
The glass is cracked or the switch is damaged. Please check the glass components or replace the switch.
2. There's a vacuum, but it's not as expected
It may be that the seal ring is worn or the vacuum switch is leaking, so the seal ring or switch needs to be replaced.
3. Sometimes no under vacuum
This may be due to dust or dirt on the steel shaft and loose joints. Check the vacuum gauge for dirt.
4. Aging of vacuum hose
Replace the vacuum hose if necessary.
