Preparation before use of freeze dryer.
1. Check whether the power supply voltage is normal and whether all switches on the control cabinet are in a reset state.
2. Check if the temperature probe in the freeze-drying box is accurately placed.
3. Check if the lubricating oil of the refrigerator is clear and not sticky.
4. Check whether the vacuum oil of the vacuum pump meets the requirements of clarity and non viscosity, and whether the oil level is in the middle of the oil mirror.
5. Check whether the pressure, flow rate, and water temperature of the cooling water meet the requirements.
6. Check if all valves in the refrigeration system are open.
7. Check if the valve position in the vacuum system leads to the external valve being closed.
8. Check if there is water accumulation in the cold trap.
