1. The power supply voltage needs to be higher than the total power of the whole machine.
2. When the double layers glass reactor is idling, the rotation speed shall not be too fast.
3. The installation position of the double glass reactor is very important. When the ambient temperature is high or the humidity is high, the service life of the electric box of the jacketed glass reactor will be greatly affected.
4. Pay attention to keep the governor dry during use.
5. Power connection must have good stability and grounding device.
6. When we stop the operation of the jacketed glass reactor, because of the discharge of the frequency converter and the capacitor, there is still a possibility of electric shock within 5 minutes.
7. When the jacketed glass reactor is connected with the circulating water vacuum pump equipment, the glass parts will not be damaged due to excessive force.
8. When we use high-temperature circulating liquid, we should first turn on the circulating pump to slowly warm it up.
9. After the experiment, the materials inside the double glass reactor shall be cleaned to avoid polluting the next experiment.
