When purchasing the heater chiller for the reactor, users should consider the temperature change rate of the equipment in addition to reasonably determining the equipment specification, temperature range and other requirements.
1. After long-term use of heater chiller, the quality of lubricating oil will deteriorate, and the impurities and moisture in the oil will increase, which will lead to a decrease in temperature control rate.
2. The drying filter is an important component to ensure the normal circulation of refrigerant. Since water and refrigerant are not miscible with each other, if there is water in the system, the operation efficiency of the unit will be affected, so the filter element of the drying filter needs to be replaced regularly.
4. Contact the manufacturer to find the cause of refrigerant leakage, repair and fill the refrigerant.
5. The set temperature of the heater chiller can not reach the preset target. It is possible that the plate heat exchanger is broken and needs to contact the manufacturer for repair and replacement.
6. The temperature probe of the heater chiller is broken, resulting in the temperature lower than the set temperature or the equipment does not work.
