The TCU temperature control system of Shanghai Linbel can achieve dynamic temperature control between -20°C to 300°C. The TCU temperature control system utilizes existing thermal energy (such as steam, cooling water, and ultra-low temperature liquids - the "primary system") infrastructure to integrate thermal energy into a single fluid system or secondary circuit to control the temperature of process equipment. Only one type of heat conducting liquid flows into the jacket of the reaction vessel (instead of directly introducing steam, cooling water, or ultra-low temperature liquid), and the temperature of the entire reaction process is controlled through equipment.
