After the thermostatic water bath has been running for a long time, some equipment failures may occur due to the use mode or environmental problems. Common failures are as follows.
1. There is no display on the operation panel.
① The air switch connected to the power supply is off.
② The fuse at the power supply is damaged and needs to be replaced.
2. If the water pump does not rotate or there is no circulating water, the "circulating water" indicator is on.
① There is a lot of air in the water pump. After adding circulating liquid, discharge the air in the drain pipe and restart the circulation.
② There is scaling in the water pump or it is not used for a long time, which leads to the decrease of rotor lubrication. Unplug the power supply, open the machine cover, turn the motor rotor with a screwdriver, and restart the motor.
3. The compressor cannot be started.
① The cooling button is not turned on. Turn on the cooling button.
② The circuit is faulty. Replace the circuit.
③ If the compressor fails, ask professional personnel to repair the compressor.
