The hazards of incomplete cleaning of stainless steel reactor are as follows:

1. Dirt on the mechanical shaft seal of the reaction kettle may cause liquid leakage, gas injection and other dangerous phenomena.

2. The reactor without cleaning has low heat transfer function and increased reaction time. Dirt on the inner wall will lead to a significant reduction in heat transfer function and a prolonged reaction time.

3. When the thermometer has dirt, the temperature measurement will be delayed, affecting the reaction control system.

4. In the gap between the inside and outside of the reactor and the dirt, the liquid concentration forms the battery effect, corrodes the dirt attachment surface, increases the corrosion of the stainless steel reactor, and affects the life of the equipment itself.
