1. Pay attention to thermal insulation: during the reaction process of using high temperature and low temperature, thermal insulation materials should be used to protect the kettle body. At the same time, users need to wrap the reaction kettle and circulation pipeline with thermal insulation materials.
2. Temperature control medium: usually, ice ethanol bath is selected for low temperature, water bath is selected for room temperature, and oil bath is selected for high temperature.
3. The installation position is reasonable: the storage position is flat, and the casters are fixed.
4. Feeding precautions: It is recommended to prepare solid reagent into solution and add it. Liquid reagent can be pumped into the kettle through water pump.
