Repair method for solenoid valve of ultra-low refrigerated heating circulators.
Solenoid valve play a crucial role in ultra-low refrigerated heating circulators, with their main function being to control the on/off of fluids to achieve precise temperature control.
How to repair a damaged solenoid valve?
Installation method
Cleaning the pipeline: Before installing the solenoid valve, the pipeline should be cleaned to ensure that there are no impurities in the pipeline and prevent internal blockage of the solenoid valve.
Installation direction: The solenoid valve should be installed vertically upwards, and the arrow on the valve body should be consistent with the flow direction of the medium.
Bypass device: To ensure that the system can continue to operate in the event of a malfunction or cleaning of the solenoid valve, a bypass device should be installed.
Debugging and operation
Power on test: After installation, the solenoid valve needs to be powered on several times to adapt to the working temperature before it can be officially put into use.
Power supply voltage: The solenoid valve should ensure normal operation within a fluctuation range of 15% -10% of the rated voltage of the power supply voltage.
Control logic: The opening and closing of the solenoid valve is usually automatically controlled by the control system based on the temperature setting value. For example, during the refrigeration process, when the temperature reaches the set value, the thermostat will activate, the solenoid valve will lose power and close, and the compressor will stop working.
matters needing attention
Selection of solenoid valve: Choose the appropriate solenoid valve based on the working temperature range of the ultra-low refrigerated heating circulators.
Maintenance and upkeep: Regularly check the sealing and working condition of the solenoid valve, promptly clean the impurities and dirt inside the solenoid valve to ensure its normal operation.
Safety protection: During operation, avoid installing solenoid valves in areas with direct dripping or splashing to prevent electrical faults.
