Cooling circulator is a kind of fast refrigeration equipment developed according to the actual requirements of scientific research and production in laboratory, pharmaceutical, chemical and other industries. It has many advantages, such as fast refrigeration, large refrigeration capacity, accurate refrigeration accuracy, small floor area, safety and so on.
How does the circulation chiller achieve rapid refrigeration? First of all, we need to understand its structure. The refrigeration of compact recirculating coolers is completed by electrical control system, refrigerant circulating system and water circulating system, and the three systems cooperate together. The electrical control system plays the role of providing power supply, protection, temperature detection and corresponding adjustment according to the current temperature.
In the refrigerant circulation system, the compressor is the engine of the whole equipment. It converts electric energy into mechanical energy, sucks, compresses and transports refrigerant water vapor to make the whole circulation system run. Evaporator is a heat exchange equipment that relies on water vapor to convert, and it needs to constantly rely on compressor to provide power. The condenser is responsible for outputting heat energy and condensing the refrigerant. The throttle valve depressurizes the refrigerant liquid at high pressure and normal temperature into low temperature and low pressure refrigerant water vapor.
In the final water circulation system, the water is pumped from the water tank to the equipment that users need to cool. After the cold water takes away the heat, the temperature rises and returns to the chilled water tank for circulating refrigeration. Through the perfect cooperation of the three systems, the ultracool circulation chiller achieves rapid refrigeration.
