If the operation panel is not displayed or not fully displayed when we use the recirculating chiller, our work will not be completed normally.
Problem 1: no display on the control panel
After turning on the power switch and finding that the equipment on the screen does not light up, first check whether the power supply is powered on. If the circuit is normal and the circuit on the screen does not light up, it may be that the wiring on the screen is loose. Check whether the connecting wire of the wiring board is loose or disconnected. If the above conditions are normal, it may be because the control panel is damaged.
Problem 2: Incomplete display of operation panel
The screen works normally, but the displayed content is incomplete, which is usually caused by the following three reasons:
1. The temperature probe is damaged.
2. The instrument is damaged.
3. Working in a strong corrosive environment for a long time causes damage to the circuit board.
We should check these parts according to the actual situation, and then replace the damaged parts.
