Physical descaling is to clean the condenser in the steel refrigeration pipe by cleaning the pipe with a flexible shaft, especially for the vertical condenser.
Specific operation steps:
1. Empty the refrigerant from the condenser.
2. Close all valves connecting the condenser and the refrigeration system.
3. Normal supply of cooling water in condenser.
4. The gear scraper connected with the flexible shaft pipe washing device is used to scrape dirt from top to bottom in the condenser, and the heat generated by the friction between the scraper and the pipe wall is cooled with the help of circulating liquid, and the dirt and rust that have been removed are washed away at the same time.
5. The choice of scraper diameter should be based on the thickness of condenser fouling and the corrosion degree of pipe wall. When descaling for the first time, try to choose a scraper smaller than the inner diameter of the cooling pipe to prevent damage to the inner wall. During the second cleaning, a scraper close to the inner diameter can be selected. After two cleaning operations, most of the scale and stains in the condenser pipe can be removed.
