Product introduction

The equipment has a precise flow control system, which provides high and low temperature environment simulation for the battery pack of new energy vehicles, the flow of antifreeze, and the demand for pressure control. The temperature is -30℃ ~ 200℃, and the flow control is 2 ~ 20L/min.


Working principle

The liquid refrigerant of the evaporator exchanges temperature with the circulating air. When the temperature rises, the refrigerant changes from liquid to gaseous, and is sucked in by the suction port of the compressor. The compressed high temperature and high pressure refrigerant gas passes through the oil separator, and then enters the condenser. After heat exchange with the ambient air or cooling water, the high temperature and high pressure gas changes into high pressure and normal temperature liquid. After passing through the drying filter, it is throttled and depressurized through the expansion valve, From high-pressure liquid to low-pressure liquid, the low-pressure liquid enters the evaporator of the unit, and the cooling capacity is brought to the inside of the box through the circulating air to realize refrigeration and temperature control.
