The magnetic stirring device can make the temperature distribution more uniform, and improve the temperature control accuracy of the reaction bath, making the experimental materials heated more evenly. In the daily use of the reaction bath, what should I do if the magnetic stirring device fails?
1、 Magnetic stirring rotor does not move:
Check whether the viscosity of the stirred experimental materials is too high, whether the magnetic force is insufficient, and whether it is necessary to replace the high-power magnetic mixing device, mechanical and electric mixer. If it is not the reason for mixing the sample, check whether there is a problem with the parts of the magnetic mixer itself.
2、 Cleaning of magnetic stirring rotor:
When the magnetic stirrer stirs the solution, the rotor is easy to get dirty. When cleaning, first use neutralizing solution, and then rinse with clean water. If the cleaning is not clean, check whether the white plastic film outside the rotor is damaged. If it is damaged, it is recommended to replace it with a new mixer.
3、 Methods to prolong mixing life:
It is recommended to choose medium speed speed regulation during mixing. When in use, after starting the power supply, adjust it from low speed to high speed to prevent the mixer from jumping directly to high speed, affecting the normal startup and reducing the service life of the magnetic mixer.
