Instructions for use and maintenance of double layer glass reactor:


1. Before use, it is necessary to check whether the instrument is damaged and whether each interface is connected tightly. Pay attention to handle it with care during the inspection.

2. Clean the interface with a soft cloth and apply a little vacuum grease.

3. The interface shall not be tightened too tightly, and it shall be checked regularly to prevent the interface from seizing due to long-term locking.

4. First connect the equipment to the power supply, turn on the power switch, and then use the speed control knob to adjust to the speed suitable for use. During shutdown, the machine should be in the stopped state.

5. When the material flow is synchronized with the motor rotation at a certain point, equipment resonance may occur. At this time, it is necessary to adjust the motor speed to avoid resonance.

6. During the low temperature test, the discharge valve at the bottom may be frosted. We must thaw it before using it to prevent damage to the equipment.

7. The concentricity must be paid attention to during the installation of the mixing rod. After the installation, rotate and observe by hand. After the concentricity is adjusted, turn on the power supply of the equipment and gradually adjust from slow to fast.

8. The electrical part shall be in a dry environment and shall not be affected by damp.

9. The sealing ring should be cleaned regularly. First, remove the sealing ring, check whether there is dirt on the shaft, then wipe it with a soft cloth, and finally apply a little vacuum grease and reinstall it.

10. In case of any inspection or repair of the machine, the power supply and water source must be cut off.

11. The original standard accessories must be purchased for the use of accessories. The random replacement of accessories of other brands will cause great damage to the machine.
