1. Clean and replace the heat transfer oil in time.
The remaining iron filings, metal powders and other impurities in the work shall be cleaned in time, and shall not be mixed with the heat transfer oil. When the temperature medium is active, impurities will cause the abnormal operation of the cryogenic pump, and in serious cases, failures may occur.
2. Be careful not to mix with moisture.
When connecting the glass reactor for cooling, avoid mixing water. If mixed with water, heat transfer oil will be polluted. When alcohol is used as low temperature medium, if a large amount of water vapor is added, freezing will occur.
3. Pay attention to replacing the temperature medium frequently
The service life of the temperature medium of the recirculating chiller is mainly affected by the natural volatilization. We must pay attention to the state of the temperature medium when using it. If the medium is reduced, it needs to be added or replaced in time.
