As the circulating medium, the circulating heat transfer oil used by the heater chiller may leak during the whole process of use. The main reasons are as follows
1. The heater chiller uses a screw valve to control the inlet and outlet switches. It operates in a high temperature environment. The higher the temperature is, the better the fluidity of the heat transfer oil is. The heat transfer oil may leak out along the thread. It is recommended to use a flange type stop valve.
2. When the heater chiller is used, the pump will vibrate for a long time, and the equipment components will slowly loosen, resulting in poor sealing of the equipment. It is recommended to check the fixed joints of the equipment regularly
3. During the whole process of long-term use of the heater chiller, the cooling plate is not supplied with water for a long time. If the plate is excessively heated, it will burn through. It is recommended that the equipment of the heater chiller be supplied with circulating cooling water.
4. The shaft seal of the circulating pump leaks oil, and the heater chiller generally adopts the 24-hour working system. The shaft seal of the circulating pump that has been running for a long time is easy to wear, and the shaft seal is damaged, causing oil leakage. It is recommended to repair the shaft seal regularly.
