How to solve the problem of insufficient refrigerant in TCU temperature control system
When there is a shortage of refrigerant in the TCU temperature control system, the solution usually includes the following steps:
Confirm refrigerant type:
Confirm the type of refrigerant used in the system. Different refrigerants have different physical and chemical properties, so they cannot be mixed.
Check for leaks:
Before adding refrigerant, be sure to check the system for leaks.
Connect refrigerant charging pipe:
Connect one end of the refrigerant charging pipe to the refrigerant tank and the other end to the refrigerant charging port of the TCU temperature control system. Ensure that the connection is secure and there are no leaks.
Filling refrigerant:
Open the refrigerant charging valve of the TCU temperature control system to allow refrigerant to enter the equipment. Meanwhile, observe the reading of the pressure gauge to ensure that the system pressure is within the normal range. Do not overfill the refrigerant to avoid excessive pressure in the pipeline.
Check the system:
After filling the refrigerant, close all valves and restart the TCU temperature control system. Observe the operation of the system to ensure normal temperature control and no leakage.
Record operation:
After completing refrigerant charging, record the type and quantity of refrigerant charged, as well as the charging date, for future maintenance and troubleshooting.
Refrigerants are dangerous goods and must be charged in accordance with relevant safety regulations. If you do not have experience or relevant certificates, you can contact us for refrigerant filling.
