During the installation of stainless steel reactor, there are many preventive measures to avoid unnecessary errors and improve the accuracy of the experiment.
1. When installing the kettle cover, prevent the sealing surface between the reaction kettle body and the kettle cover from colliding with each other.
2. Place the kettle cover on the kettle body according to the fixed position, and tighten the nuts diagonally.
3. Apply lubricating oil when assembling all nuts.
4. The needle valve of stainless steel reaction kettle is sealed by gently rotating the valve needle and pressing the cover tightly.
5. When multiple stainless steel reaction kettles are equipped, they should be placed separately.
6. Each operation room shall have an outlet directly leading to the outdoor or passage to ensure good ventilation of the equipment.
