Influence of three components on the operation of recirculating chiller.

In the recirculating chiller, compressor, evaporator and condenser are the three essential parts in the refrigeration system. Different power or size will have different effects on the machine.

1. Compressor

The increase of compressor power will lead to:

① The current of the chiller will increase.

②The cooling capacity will increase.

③When the compressor is large to a certain extent, the shutdown protection may occur.

2. Condenser

Condenser heating will cause:

① The heat exchange capacity of the condenser will increase, the cooling capacity will increase.

② The current of the whole machine will decrease.

3. Evaporator

Generally, when the evaporator is increased, the cooling capacity will increase.

In general, the larger the compressor, the better. Generally, the larger the evaporator and condenser, the better.
