The design of jacketed glass reactor is different from that of single-layer glass reactor. The body of jacketed glass reactor is divided into two layers. The jacket glass reactor can be heated by interlayer. First, connect the jacket glass reactor interlayer with the heater chiller. The heater chiller can input high or low temperature heat transfer oil into the interlayer. The interlayer can make the material more evenly heated, and it is also convenient to observe the stirring reaction process of the material. Through the interlayer, both high temperature test and low temperature reaction can be completed. The medium only circulates in the interlayer, which will not cause any pollution to the materials. The heat transfer is more uniform, and the temperature control is more accurate. The single-layer glass reactor can only be heated but not cooled, so the jacketed glass reactor is more efficient.
