Analysis of common faults of heater chiller in use.
1. Low temperature valve failure: the outlet temperature of the expansion valve reflects the evaporation temperature. Generally, the temperature difference between the expansion valve and the refrigerant is 5 ~ 6℃. When the low-temperature valve fails, the compressor will stop, and it will automatically resume operation when the valve temperature rises.
2. Compressor overheat fault: a thermistor is installed inside the motor winding of the compressor, and the resistance is usually 1KΩ. When the temperature of the winding is too high, the resistance value will increase rapidly. When the temperature exceeds 141kΩ, the thermal protection module SSM will cut off the operation of the unit and display the overheating fault on the control panel.
3. Low pressure fault: low suction pressure of compressor will cause low pressure protection relay. Low suction pressure indicates that the amount of return air is also small, and the cooling capacity is insufficient, which will cause poor heat dissipation of the compressor and damage to the motor.
