How to extend the service life of a glass reactor?
In the process of using a glass reactor, many customers feel that the service life of the reactor is relatively short, and the material of the glass is very easy to break. In fact, not using it correctly will reduce the service life of the reactor.
1. Not applicable to all reaction processes where acid and alkali alternate.
2. It is not suitable for rain hydrofluoric acid or media or materials containing fluoride ions at any concentration and temperature.
3. Any alkaline medium or substance with a PH value greater than 12 and a temperature higher than 80°C.
4. Any phosphoric acid with a concentration effect greater than 30% and a temperature change greater than 180℃ is used as a medium or material.
5. Avoid strong temperature changes.
