Analysis and treatment of common faults of heater chiller.
1. The power indicator does not light up after power on
Possible causes: main power failure, transformer damage, circuit board damage and other circuit faults.
Solution: check the main power supply, replace the transformer, replace the circuit board, and check other circuits.
2. After startup, the indicator light of the heater chiller is on, and the buzzer does not give an alarm
Possible causes: the phase sequence of the main power supply is incorrect or the main power supply lacks phase, the wiring in the machine is incorrect, and the main control board is damaged.
Solution: check the main power supply voltage, check the internal circuit, and replace the main electric control board.
3. After starting, the low liquid level indicator light is on, and the chiller cannot be started
Possible causes: insufficient supply of heat transfer oil, insufficient water supply pressure, and high set low pressure value cause the oil tank to heat up.
Solution: fill the oil tank with heat transfer oil until the alarm stops, and increase the water supply pressure until the alarm stops. Reset the low pressure switch until an alarm is given.
