The material of the reactor can be divided into carbon steel reactor, stainless steel reactor, glass lined reactor, steel lined reactor and glass reactor.
1. Carbon steel reactors: reactors made of carbon steel materials, such as Q235B and Q345R, are suitable for environments without corrosive liquids, such as processing experiments of some oil products.
2. Stainless steel reaction kettle: stainless steel reaction kettle has good physical properties, such as rapid heating, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, no environmental pollution, and convenient use.
3. Glass lined reaction kettle: glass lined reaction kettle uses silica containing glass, which is lined on the inner vessel wall of steel vessel, and then attaches the glass to the metal surface with high temperature to improve the corrosion resistance of the equipment.
4. Steel lined reaction kettle: the steel lined reaction kettle is lined with a layer of anti-corrosion material, so that the steel lined reaction kettle has good anti-corrosion ability and can deal with various concentrations of acidic, alkaline and highly corrosive chemicals.
5. Double glass reaction kettle: double glass design is adopted, and the middle interlayer can be connected with a cold and hot temperature source to heat or freeze the experimental solution inside the kettle. The vacuum reaction may also be performed by vacuuming. The glass components are made of high borosilicate glass, which has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, good light transmission and high physical strength. The design of double-layer glass can clearly observe the reaction process of the solution inside the kettle.
