The condenser of the rotary evaporator can quickly condense the steam. It is usually equipped with a recirculating chiller to further increase the condensation efficiency.
The reflux condenser tube is spiral, and the length of the glass tube is increased, so that the contact area between the gaseous materials and the condenser is larger, and the condensation efficiency is improved.
The reflux condenser tube shall be cleaned before use. The expansion of the upper opening of the condenser tube shall be connected to the branch tube of the flask with a perforated rubber plug. Distilled substances shall be added to the flask. The water inlet of the condenser tube shall be connected to the water source with a rubber tube. The upper port is connected with a rubber tube, which facilitates the discharge of cooling wastewater. The lower port of the condensation pipe is connected with a collecting bottle.
