Common faults of magnetic stirrers.
1. Magnetic stirrer rotor not moving:
The viscosity of the mixed material is too high and the magnetic force is not enough. It is necessary to replace it with a high-power magnetic stirrer or a mechanical stirrer.
2. Insufficient stirring:
It may be due to the impeller rotating in the opposite direction, and the installation of the driving device should be checked.
3. Turn on the power and the instrument will not start:
Check if the power cord is securely connected.
Check if the power fuse is damaged or loose.
4. Heating the magnetic stirrer without heating:
Heating coil short circuit.
After turning on the heating switch, there will be a trip or a blown fuse.
Suggest replacing the heating coil or instrument panel.
5. Instrument power on self-test abnormal:
Please turn off the magnetic stirrer and restart it.
