Chemical descaling method: clean the condenser with the prepared weak acid descaling agent, so as to remove the scale and improve the heat exchange efficiency of the condenser.
Specific operation steps:
1. Prepare the descaling solution in the pickling tank, turn on the pickling pump and circulate the descaling solution through the condenser condenser for 24 hours. Generally, the scale is basically removed after 24 hours.
2. After stopping the pickling pump, brush the pipe wall of the condenser back and forth with annular steel wire.
3. Repeatedly clean the residual descaling solution in the pipe with clean water. The chemical pickling method is suitable for vertical and horizontal tubular condensers.
