The recirculating chiller is a laboratory equipment with refrigeration circulation function. Its main function is that it can be used together with various commonly used laboratory equipment, such as rotary evaporator, double-layer glass reactors, mass spectrometers, analyzers, electron microscopes, etc. it can provide them with cryogenic circulating liquid with constant temperature and pressure, so as to meet the needs of equipment for cooling or constant temperature of cryogenic liquid.

Causes of recirculating chiller control panel failure

During our daily use of the recirculating chiller, various problems may occur in the equipment due to different use environments and methods. Today, let's talk about the problem that the control panel of the recirculating chiller is not displayed or the display is incomplete.


1、 No display on control panel

When we turn on the power switch of the equipment and find that the screen of the equipment does not light up, we first need to check whether the power supply of the equipment is powered on. If the circuit is normal but the screen does not light up, the connection of the screen may be loose. Check whether the connection wire of the circuit board is loose or falling off. If the above conditions are normal, it may be caused by damage.


2、 Incomplete display of control panel

If the screen can work normally after we open the equipment, but the displayed content is incomplete, there are three reasons for this: 1. The temperature measuring probe is damaged. 2. The instrument is damaged. 3. The circuit board is damaged due to long-term operation in a strong corrosive environment. We need to check these parts according to the actual situation, and then replace the damaged parts.
