Materials to be avoided in glass reactor.

The double-layer glass reactor can be filled with constant temperature hot solution or coolant to make the materials in the reactor heated or cooled at room temperature, and can provide agitation. The raw materials react in the reactor, and the evaporation and reflux of the reaction liquid are controlled. After the reaction, the materials are discharged from the bottom outlet. The reactor is a pressure vessel that completes the processes of vulcanization, nitrification, hydrogenation, hydrocarbon, polymerization, condensation, etc.

Materials to be avoided in glass reactor.

If used improperly, the life of the reactor will be shortened, and the glass reactor is not suitable for reacting with the following media or materials.


1. It is not applicable to any reaction process in which acid and alkali substances alternate.

2. Hydrofluoric acid or any substance containing fluoride ion at any concentration and temperature.

3. Any alkaline substance with PH value exceeding 12 and temperature above 80℃.

4. Any phosphoric acid with concentration more than 30% and temperature more than 180℃.
