The single-layer glass reactor includes heating bath in addition to all systems required by the glass reactor. The distillation efficiency under negative pressure can be improved by heating the glass kettle in a water bath while stirring the reaction materials.
In addition, it is necessary to connect the required circulating water vacuum pump. When the material steam is cooled into liquid through the S-shape glass condenser tube, it flows back to the glass kettle. If the reaction has been completed, the product can also be recycled through the PTFE gate valve under the return elbow. After the reaction, the lid of the single-layer glass reaction kettle is connected with part of the mechanical lifting of the electrical appliances (the lifting mode is divided into manual lifting and electric lifting). The glass kettle can be rotated at will to facilitate the pouring of materials in the kettle.
