The recirculating chillers are equipped with high pressure and low pressure alarm devices, which will give an alarm prompt in case of failure. If the power supply is not cut off manually for more than 3 minutes, the recirculating chiller system will automatically cut off the power supply to avoid other failures. The following points can be checked when alarming.
1. Whether the condenser and evaporator are blocked by impurities and the flow rate slows down.
2. The filter or expansion valve is blocked by impurities.
3. Check whether the refrigerant is sufficient.
4. Check whether the circulating pump leaks.
5. Refrigerant denaturation.
