The faults of circulating water vacuum pump mainly include the following:
1、 Insufficient vacuum
The reason may be that the motor speed is not enough or the voltage is low. Check whether the voltage is stable first.
It is also possible that the vacuum bottle, check valve, etc. are blocked or corroded, and the blockage needs to be removed or replaced.
If the water inlet pipe and filter screen are blocked, it is necessary to clean and remove the dirt.
It may also be caused by water or air leakage of the vacuum meter. The moisture in the vacuum meter should be dried or replaced with a new one. If the vacuum tube changes color or the tube cracks, it should be replaced with a new one.
2、 The motor does not work.
The common thing is that the fuse is blown out. We just need to replace it with a new one.
It may also be caused by the breakdown of the operating capacitor or the burning out of the motor coil, which requires updating the capacitor and motor.
If the bearing is seriously worn and stuck, it should be replaced with a new bearing.
If the impeller is found to be blocked, we should also adjust the direction of the impeller after sorting out the debris.
3、 The motor is hot and noisy
Generally, bearing wear and impeller wear require replacement of new bearings and impellers, or check whether the line is overloaded.
