Shanghai University Laboratory Upgrade: Precise Temperature Control, Double Experimental Efficiency


Shanghai University's laboratory has recently upgraded its laboratory equipment, introducing Linbel Instrument equipment the GDX series heating and cooling circulator, the DLSB series circulation chiller, and the double-layer glass reactor to improve the accuracy and efficiency of experiments.


The GDX series of heating and cooling circulator provides a wide temperature control range from -80℃ to 300℃, meeting the laboratory's needs for extreme temperature conditions. The device adopts an intelligent digital controller and PT100 temperature sensor, achieving a temperature control accuracy of ±0.5℃. The researchers in the laboratory stated that this precise temperature control is crucial for their chemical reaction experiments.


The DLSB series circulation chiller provides continuous low-temperature environment for laboratories with its excellent cooling effect and stable performance. The circulation capacity of the pump is 35L/min, with a head of 5~6 meters, ensuring efficient circulation of the coolant and maintaining a constant low temperature during the experiment.

The GR series double-layer glass reactor has become a star equipment in the laboratory due to its high borosilicate 3.3 material and excellent physical and chemical properties. It can operate in a large temperature range of -120℃ to 300℃ and can operate under negative pressure conditions, with a vacuum degree of up to -0.1~0.1MPa. The laboratory technicians particularly appreciate its variable frequency speed regulation function, which enables precise adjustment of the mixing speed according to experimental requirements.


The combination of this equipment not only improves the accuracy of the experiment, but also greatly shortens the experimental cycle.
