Installation and debugging
After delivery, installation and debugging are required on site, and our company or our agent is responsible for the installation and debugging of the instrument.
Acceptance
After installation and debugging, the customer accepts the brand-new products that conform to the contract and confirms that the quality performance, technical indicators and immediate configuration conform to the contract and the manufacturer's technical documents. After confirming the acceptance of the full set of technical documents, sign the installation acceptance report to confirm theacceptance.
Training
At the same time as the equipment is installed and debugged, our company's after-sales service engineer is responsible for technical training for customers until the user can operate proficiently. During the use of the instrument, customers can consult our company's after-sales service personnel for related technical issues, and our company will arrange on-site training or remote guidance according to the situation.
After-sales service
From the date of acceptance, 18 months free warranty is provided. During the warranty period, all maintenance costs and spare parts are free (the cost of spare parts is charged for instrument failure caused by human factors); after the warranty, the equipment is responsible for lifelong maintenance.The actual maintenance cost is appropriately charged;
Service commitment
After receiving the customer's written report for repairs, we will respond within 24 hours, and arrive at the scene within 48 hours to solve the problem according to the distance of the customer.
